Beyond his business ventures, he is a dedicated father to media personality Sheilah Gashumba, and a philanthropist known for his support of burn victim Aisha Nabukeera.

As Chairman, Frank oversees interests across agriculture, skills services, and tourism. His journey began in the late 1990s with successful ventures like Mali Mixed Farm.
Serving as the Vice Chairman for the Central Region, Frank engages in widespread political mobilization and gives a voice to marginalized groups in the country.
Frank is a prominent advocate for Ugandans of Rwandan descent. Co-founding the Council for Abavandimwe, he campaigns tirelessly for citizenship rights and recognition. He organizes unifying cultural events like the Abavandimwe Carnival.
Understanding the need for a national mindset shift, Frank founded "National Action for Awakening Uganda" (Sisimuka Uganda). The initiative promotes empowerment, social development, and personal growth for all Ugandans.
